Nice view, big room, all-inclusive menu, near local slope. Friendly staff, excellent food. Last-minute upgrade, free bath. Helpful with hiking tours.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Best aspects included the friendly and accommodating staff who helped us with hiking tours and directions. the all-inclusive menu had full breakfasts, smart lunch options, and dinner with a choice of second course made in the morning. Wine and beer are also included! Finally, the big room with a full-size tub allowed us to warm up after skiing. a pleasant stay.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful during our stay, always willing to offer their suggestions for things to do and see in the area. They were patient with us as we practiced our language skills, which was greatly appreciated. The food was also a highlight of our stay, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the fresh, local ingredients used in the dishes.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, we did have a few minor complaints. the room amenities were quite limited, which made it difficult to relax and feel at home.

the staff was really friendly and welcoming, and they gave great advice on hiking trails and local things to do. the free room upgrade was a nice surprise, and the larger room with a bathtub was very enjoyable. Plus, the included meals were fantastic and there were options for everyone's tastes.

The lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bit inconvenient, especially because we couldn't use our phones to plan out our trips and activities. we found the rooms to be overly heated and stuffy, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
